Our Commitment At Wild Find. Mushrooms and More, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because many of our products are perishable or made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns on most items. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened skincare or bath products
- Pet wellness products once opened
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Unopened Skincare & Bath Products Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been fulfilled. Contact us immediately.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
