Processing Time All of our products are handcrafted in small batches to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be created, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. We believe great things are worth the wait — every product is made fresh just for you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across Canada and will be coming soon internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Canada: Estimated delivery 3–10 business days after dispatch
For future orders
- United States: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch
- International: Estimated delivery 14–21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
